ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မှာ စစ်တပ်က ဖမ်းဆီးသွားပြီးနောက် ဒေသခံတချို့ ပျောက်ဆုံးနေတယ်ဆိုပြီး ပြောဆိုနေတာနဲ့ ပတ်သက်လို့ သက်သေအထောက်အထားနဲ့ တိုင်ကြားဖို့ တပ်မတော်က ပြောဆိုလိုက်တဲ့အကြောင်း တင်ပြပါမယ်။ ဗွီအိုအေမြန်မာပိုင်းသတင်းထောက် ကိုသက်နိုင်က သတင်းပေးပို့ထားပါတယ်။

ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မြောက်ပိုင်း တင်းမကျေးရွာက ဒေသခံ ၁၉ ဦးကို ပြီးခဲ့ မတ်လ အစပိုင်း လောက်မှာ တပ်မတော်စစ်ကြောင်းတစ်ခုက ဖမ်းဆီးခေါ်ဆောင်သွားခဲ့ပြီး ဒီကနေ့ မိသားစု ဝင်တွေ အဆက်အသွယ်မရသေးဘူးလို့ မိသားဝင်တွေနဲ့ ဒေသခံတွေ ပြောဆိုထားပါတယ်။

ဒေသခံတွေ ဖမ်းဆီးခံရတဲ့ သတင်းနဲ့ ပတ်သက်လို့ သက်သေအထောက်အထားနဲ့တကွ တိုင်ကြားဖို့ ဒီကနေ့ သောကြာနေ့ နေပြည်တော်က တပ်မတော်သတင်းစာရှင်းလင်းပွဲမှာ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ဇော်မင်းထွန်းက ပြောလိုက်ပါတယ်။

“ဒီဟာနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီးတော့ အဖမ်းခံရတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ သက်သေအထောက်အထား ရှိတယ်ဆိုရင်လည်း အဲဒီသက်သေအထောက်အထားတွေနဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ရာကို ပြောပေါ့။ ဒီဘက်ကလည်း ဒီဟာနဲ့ ပတ်သတ်ပြီးတော့ ဟုတ်ရင် ဟုတ်တယ်၊ မဟုတ်ရင် မဟုတ်ဘူး။ ဘယ်လိုလုပ်ထားတယ်ဆိုတာ တရားဝင် ပြောနိုင်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ယခင်တုန်းက တိုက်ပွဲတွေ ဖြစ်ပွားနေတဲ့အချိန်အတွင်းမှာ၊ ပဋိပက္ခဖြစ်ပွားနေတဲ့ အချိန်တွင်းမှာတော့ လုပ်ခွင့်မသာခဲ့ရင်လည်း ဒီအချိန်မှာတော့ ဒါတွေကို လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ဖို့ အတွက် ပိုပြီးတော့ လွယ်ကူလာပါလိမ့်မယ်။ အဲဒီလိုလုပ်တာ နှစ်ဦးနှစ်ဘက်အတွက် ပိုအဆင်ပြေပါလိမ့်မယ်၊ ပိုပြီးတော့ တိကျပါလိမ့်မယ်။”

ဖမ်းဆီးခံရသူ အသက်၂၆ နှစ်အရွယ် မောင်နေလင်းဦးရဲ့ ဖခင်ဖြစ်သူ မောင်ကျော်ဝင်းကတော့ တပ်မတော်စစ်ကြောင်းက ဖမ်းဆီးသွားတာကို သူကိုယ်တိုင်မြင်လိုက်ရပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အာဏာပိုင်တွေထံ တိုင်ကြားထားတယ်လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။ ဖမ်းဆီးခံရတဲ့ သားဖြစ်သူဟာ ဆွံအ၊ နားမကြား သူတဦးဖြစ်တာကြောင့် စိုးရိမ်မိတယ်လို့လည်း ပြောပါတယ်။

“သူတို့ကို ဖမ်းသွားတာကို ရက်နဲ့ လနဲ့ ရေးပြီးတော့ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေး မှာသွားပြီးတော့ ပြောတယ်။ နောက်ပြီးတော့ ရဲစခန်းမှာ သွားပြီးတော့ တိုင်တယ်။ ဘာမှ ထူးခြားလာတာမရှိဘူး။ ကျနော်တို့ ဘာမှ သတင်းတစုံတရာမှ မရဘူး။ အဲဒါကြောင့် မိသားစုတွေက အကုန်လုံး စိုးရိမ်နေကြပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ကျနော့်သားက နားလည်းမကြားပါ၊ စကာလည်း မပြောတတ်ပါ။ သူတို့ဖမ်းဆီးခေါ်ဆောင်သွားတာ သူ့ကို ထိုင်ဆိုလို့ မထိုင်ရင် စောင့်ကန်လိုက်တာမျိုး မျက်လုံးထဲမှာ မြင်ယောင်နေမိပါတယ်။ နောက်ပြီးတော့ သူ့ကို ကြိုးချည်ပြီးတော့ ခေါ်ယူသွားပါတယ်။”

ဒေသခံတွေ ဖမ်းဆီးခံရတဲ့ ကိစ္စကို တင်ပြဖို့ တပ်မတော် တာဝန်ရှိသူက ပြောဆိုလိုက်တဲ့ အတွက် သက်သေအထောက်အထားတွေနဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနဆိုင်ရာတွေ တင်ပြသွား မယ်လို့လည်း ကျောက်တော်မြို့နယ် ပြည်သူ့လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ် ဦးထွန်းဝင်း ကပြောပါတယ်။

“ပြန်စိစစ်ပေးမယ်ဆိုတဲ့ အနေအထားတွေ ရှိလာတဲ့အခါမှ ဘာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ကျနော်တို့လည်း အတိုင်းအတာတစ်ခုအထိ မျှော်လင့်ပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုပြန်စိစစ်မယ်ဆိုတော့ တစ်ခုခုတော့ ထူးလာမယ်လို့ ကျနော်တို့ ယုံကြည်တယ်။ တခုခုကို ပြန်အကြောင်းကြားပြီးတော့မှ သူတို့ ပြောတဲ့အတိုင်းပေါ့လေ... ဒီ သတင်းစာရှင်းလင်းပွဲမှာ ပြောသလိုပဲ အသိသက်သေတွေနဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ရာကို ပြန်ပြီးတော့ တင်ပြမယ်ဆိုပြီးတော့ အခုကျနော်တို့ ရွာသားတွေနဲ့ ဆွေးနွေးနေပါတယ်။”

တပ်မတော်နဲ့ AA ရခိုင်လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့တို့ကြား စစ်ရေးတင်းမာမှုတွေ ကြုံခဲ့ရတဲ့ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မှာ ဒေသခံတွေ မကြာခဏ ဖမ်းဆီးထိန်းသိမ်းခံရတာတွေ ရှိသလို၊ ဖမ်းဆီးထားစဉ် သေဆုံးမှုတွေလည်း ကြုံခဲ့ရဘူးပါတယ်။ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အပါအဝင် နိုင်ငံတကာ အသိုင်းအဝန်းကတော့ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်က လက်နက်ကိုင်ပဋိပက္ခတွေမှာ အရပ်သားတွေ ထိခိုက်သေကြေနေတဲ့အပေါ် စိုးရိမ်ကြောင်း ပြောဆိုထားပြီး၊ ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေ ရပ်စဲဖို့လည်း တိုက်တွန်းထားပါတယ်။

 The Tatmadaw has asked for evidence that some locals are missing after being arrested by the military in Rakhine State.  VOA Burmese correspondent Thet Naing reports.

 Nineteen locals were abducted by Tatmadaw troops in early March in Tinma village in northern Rakhine State, and their families have not been contacted today, according to family members.

 Gen. Zaw Min Tun told a military news conference in Naypyidaw on Friday that locals should file a complaint with evidence of the arrests.

 "If there is any evidence of arrest, tell us about it," he said.  This side is also concerned about this.  If not, no.  You can officially tell how it is done.  In the past, during the fighting,  It will be easier to do these things now if you are not allowed to do so during the conflict.  It will be better for both parties.  It will be more precise. ”

 Maung Kyaw Win, the father of 26-year-old Nay Lin Oo, said he had seen the arrests by the military and had lodged a complaint with the authorities.  The arrested son was suffering from dementia.  He said he was worried because he was deaf.

 "They wrote down their arrests in days and months and went to the administration," he said.  Then I went to the police station and complained.  Nothing special.  We did not receive any information.  As a result, the families are all worried.  And my son is deaf.  I can't even speak.  I could see in their eyes that they had taken him away and waited for him to sit down.  He was then tied up and taken away. ”

 Tun Win, a Pyithu Hluttaw (People's Assembly) member from Kyauktaw Township, said that an army official had asked the locals to report the arrests, so they would submit evidence and relevant departments.

 "We hope to some extent that there will be a review," he said.  We believe that something will change with this review.  We are now discussing with the villagers that we will report back to the relevant witnesses, as they said at this press conference.

 In Rakhine State, where military tensions between the Tatmadaw and the Arakanese Armed Forces (AA) have been high, locals are frequently detained.  He was also killed during his detention.  The international community, including the United Nations, has expressed concern about the civilian casualties in the armed conflict in Rakhine State.  It also called for a ceasefire.
