ဂျပန် အစိုးရက ယန်း ၂ဒသမ ၂၈၁ ဘီလျံတန်ဖိုးရှိသော “မကွေးပြည်သူ့ဆေးရုံကြီး အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ရေးစီမံကိန်း” အရ ဆောက်လုပ်ခဲ့သည့် ဆေးကုသဆောင်ကို မြန်မာအစိုးရကို လွှဲပြောင်းပေးလိုက်ပြီလို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံသံရုံးက ထုတ်ပြန်လိုက်ပါတယ်။

လွှဲပြောင်းပေးအပ်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားကို ယနေ့ နံနက်ပိုင်းက အွန်လိုင်းမှ တစ်ဆင့်ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး  ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်အားကစားဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဒေါက်တာမြင့်ထွေး၊ မကွေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီး ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဒေါက်တာအောင်မိုးညို၊ ပြည်ထောင်စု သမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ဂျပန်သံရုံး၊ စီးပွားရေးနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးမှုအထောက်အပံ့ပေးရေးဌာနမှ သံမှူး Mr. TAKIMI Kazuyuki နှင့် ဂျပန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေး အေဂျင်စီ (Japan International Cooperation Agency, JICA) မြန်မာရုံး၏ ဌာနေကိုယ်စားလှယ် Mr. SAKAKURA Noriji တို့တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြတယ် လို့ဆိုပါတယ်။  

မကွေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးတွင် ၅နှစ်အောက်ကလေးသူငယ်သေဆုံးမှုနှုန်းသည် တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံး၏ ပျမ်းမျှနှုန်းထက် မြင့်မားလျက်ရှိပြီး မကွေးပြည်သူ့ဆေးရုံကြီး၏ အဆောက်အအုံနှင့် စက်ပစ္စည်းများသည် ဟောင်းနွမ်း၍ ယိုယွင်းပျက်စီးလျက်ရှိကာ ဆေးကုသရန် ကုတင်အရေအတွက် မလုံလောက်မှုကြောင့် ကုတင်အသုံးပြုနှုန်းမှာလည်း ၁၀၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း ကျော်လျက်ကာ လူနာများအတွက် ဆေးကုသမှုပတ်ဝန်းကျင် အားနည်းလျက်ရှိသည့် စိန်ခေါ်မှုများကို ရင်ဆိုင်နေရပါတယ်လို့ဆိုပါတယ်။

ယင်းကြောင့် Obstetrics and Gynecology Department ၊ Neonatal Unit နှင့် Emergency Unit များ၏ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်များကို မြှင့်တင်ရန် အဓိက ရည်ရွယ်ကာ အဆိုပါ ဆေးကုသဆောင်သစ်ကြီးကို ဆောက်လုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး လက်ရှိအချိန်အထိ ရင်ဆိုင်နေခဲ့ရသည့် ဆေးကုသရန် ကုတင် မလုံလောက်မှုပြဿနာကို ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ယင်း ဆေးရုံကြီးသည် မကွေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီး၏ အဓိကကျသည့်ဆေးရုံကြီးတစ်ခုအနေဖြင့် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်များကို ပိုမို မြှင့်တင်နိုင်ကာ ဒေသခံပြည်သူများ၏ လူနေမှုဘဝတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် များစွာ အထောက်အကူပြုနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ နောက်ပိုင်းတွင်လည်း ဆေးကုသဆောင်အသစ် ဆောက်လုပ်မှုနှင့်အတူ အဆိုပါဆေးရုံကြီးအတွက် ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာစက်ပစ္စည်းကိရိယာများကို ထောက်ပံ့ပေးအပ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်လို့ ဂျပန်သံရုံးက ဆိုပါတယ်။ ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံအစိုးရသည် COVID-19 ရောဂါ ကာကွယ်၊ ထိန်းချုပ်၊ ကုသရေးဆိုင်ရာ အထောက်အပံ့များနှင့်အတူ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသူ၊ နိုင်ငံသားတစ်ဦးချင်းစီတိုင်း အရည်အသွေး ပိုမို ကောင်းမွန်သော ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုများရရှိနိုင်ရန် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင်း ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့် ရှောက်မှုဆိုင်ရာပတ်ဝန်းကျင် အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ရေးအတွက်လည်း ဆက်လက် ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားပါမယ်လို့ သံရုံးကဆိုပါတယ်။

Magway Public Hospital built by Japanese government handed over to Myanmar government

 The Japanese embassy in Myanmar has announced that the Japanese government has handed over a hospital built under the "2.281 billion yen" upgrade project for the Magwe People's Hospital.

 The handover ceremony was held online this morning and was attended by Union Minister for Health and Sports Dr Myint Htwe;  Magway Region Chief Minister Dr Aung Moe Nyo;  Embassy of Japan in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar;  Ambassador of the Department of Economic and Development Support  Mr. TAKIMI Kazuyuki and Resident Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Myanmar Office  SAKAKURA Noriji attended.

 In Magway Region, the under-five mortality rate is higher than the national average.

 As a result, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology;  The new hospital, which aims to increase the capacity of the Neonatal Unit and Emergency Unit, will address the current shortage of medical beds, which will greatly enhance the capacity of one of the major hospitals in Magway Region and improve the lives of local people.  The Japanese embassy said it would later provide medical equipment for the hospital with the construction of a new hospital.  The Government of Japan  Control  Myanmar citizens with medical assistance  The embassy said it would continue to work to improve the health care environment in Myanmar to provide better quality health services to all citizens.
