  Magway Region  At around 3 pm on November 23, a vehicle lost control of its vehicle on Nay Pyi Taw-Kanbyar Road in Myothit Township and overturned in the air for four or five weeks, killing the driver.

  "The car went up in the air," he said.  The speed was so high that it rolled in the air for four or five weeks and fell to the side of the road.  The driver got out of the car and fell into a ditch, ”said an eyewitness.

  A black TOYOTA HILUX VIGO Extra Cab driven by Aung Soe Moe, driving from Nay Pyi Taw to Magway from Nay Pyi Taw to Magway, overturned at mileposts 51/1 and 51/2 while driving at high speed.

  Aung Soe Moe, a 39-year-old driver from the Magway Region Department of Prisons, fell into a ditch 50 feet from the vehicle and died on the spot.

  Members of the fire brigade led by the Magway Region Fire Chief were involved in the accident.  One search and rescue vehicle (191) from Magway District Fire Station;  Myothit Township Fire Chief and members of the fire brigade and one fire truck arrived and towed the overturned vehicle and took the dead body to Myothit Township People's Hospital.

  The dead driver is being prosecuted under Section 304 (a) of the Criminal Procedure Code (CPC) 38/2020 by the Myothit City Police Station.
