အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဦးစီးဌာန ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေးတွေ ဆောင်ရွက်နေတယ်လို့ ပြည်ထောင်စုအစိုးရ အဖွဲ့ရုံး ဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြည်ထောင်စု ဝန်ကြီးဦးမင်းသူက ပြောကြားလိုက်ပါတယ်။

ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးမင်းသူက “ ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲ ရေးနဲ့သက်ဆိုင်တဲ့ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွေ၊ အစည်းအဝေးတွေ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာ မိတ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေနဲ့ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းမှုတွေ ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ ပြီးနောက်မှာ ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွေကို အချိန် မူဘောင်တွေ သတ်မှတ်ပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီနောက်မှာတော့ “အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေး ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေးမူဘောင် ( ၂၀၁၉ ) ” ကို ရေးဆွဲနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး စတင် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေး မူဘောင်ရဲ့ မဟာဗျူဟာ ရည်မှန်းချက်ကတော့ “ ပြည်သူနှင့်အတူ ” ဆိုတဲ့အတိုင်း စံနမူနာပြ ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲ နိုင်ဖို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီလို ဆောင်ရွက်ရာမှာ ထင်သာမြင်သာရှိတဲ့ ပြောင်းလဲမှုမျိုးကို ပြနိုင်တာမျိုးရှိသလို ပြည်သူတွေအတွက် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရာမှာ သွယ်ဝိုက်တဲ့နည်းလမ်းနဲ့ ဆောင်ရွက်ရတာ တွေရှိတာကိုလည်း သိစေချင်ပါတယ်”လို့ဆိုပါတယ်။

ယင်းအပြင်ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွေ ဆောင်ရွက်ရာမှာလည်း အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ် ရေးဦးစီးဌာန ဝန်ထမ်း ဟောင်းများအသင်းမှ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များပါဝင်တဲ့ ဥပဒေပြဋ္ဌာန်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဆန်းစစ်သုံးသပ်ရေးအဖွဲ့ ( Regulatory Review Unit – RRU )၊ အုပ်ချုပ်စီမံပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေးအဖွဲ့ (Managerial Reform Unit –MRU) ဖွဲ့စည်းပြီး ကွင်းဆင်းလေ့လာမှုနဲ့ အကြံပြုချက်တွေအရ အကောင် အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်နေကာ ၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ်၊ မတ်လကနေစပြီး COVID-19 ရောဂါကာကွယ်၊ ထိန်းချုပ်၊ တုံ့ပြန်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွေကို တွန်းတွန်းတိုက်တိုက် ဦးစားပေး ဆောင်ရွက်နေရတဲ့အတွက် အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနရဲ့ ပြုပြင် ပြောင်းလဲရေး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွေဟာ အရှိန်အဟုန်နဲ့ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မှု အားနည်းသွားခဲ့ပေမဲ့  ရောဂါကာကွယ်ထိန်းချုပ်ရေးမှာတော့ ထဲထဲဝင်ဝင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်လို့ ဝန်ကြီးက ပြောပါတယ်။

Union Minister says reforms are underway to provide services to the people

 Union Minister for Ministries U Min Thu said the General Administration Department was undergoing reforms.
