ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်(မြောက်ပိုင်း)အတွင်းရှိ နမ့်ခမ်းအထွက်မှာ ဒုတိယကမ္ဘာစစ်ကတည်းက တည်ဆောက်ခဲ့တဲ့ ရွှေလီ ကြိုးတံတားသည် ယနေ့ နံနက်ပိုင်းအချိန်မှာ ကျိုးကျမှုဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့တယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။

အဆိုပါရွှေလီကြိုးတံတားကို ဒုတိယကမ္ဘာစစ်လက်ထက်က အင်္ဂလိပ်လူမျိုးများ တည်ဆောက်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကာ ယ ခုဆိုလျှင် နှစ်ပေါင်း တစ်ရာကျော်ရှိပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ထိုကြိုးတံတားသည် နမ့်ခမ်းအထွက် မန့်ဝိန်းကြီးနဲ့ ရွှေလီမြစ်ကူးတံတားအဖြစ် ဆက်သွယ်ထားသည့် တံတားတစ်စင်းဖြစ်ကာ ယနေ့ နို ဝင်ဘာလ ၂၃ရက်နေ့ နံနက်ပိုင်းအချိန်က ကျိုးကျသွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။

 The Shweli Cable-Stayed Bridge, which has been under construction since World War II, collapsed this morning at the Nam Kham exit in northern Shan State.

 The Shweli Cable-stayed Bridge was built by the British during World War II and is now over a hundred years old.

 The cable-stayed bridge, which connects the Nam Kham exit to Man Win Gyi and the Shweli River bridge, collapsed on the morning of November 23.
