လပွတ္တာမြို့ အမှတ် (၄) ရပ်ကွက် နိဗ္ဗာန်လမ်းတွင် နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၆ ရက် ညနေ ၆ နာရီ ၃၀ မိနစ်ခန့်တွင် အမျိုးသား တစ်ဦးအား အမျိုးသားလေးဦးက မသေမချင်း ဓားများဖြင့် ဝိုင်းခုတ်သတ်မှု ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့ကြောင်း သတင်းရရှိသည်။

ဖြစ်စဉ်မှာ အဆိုပါနေ့တွင် လပွတ္တာမြို့ အမှတ်(၂) ရပ်ကွက် မင်းရဲကျော်စွာလမ်းနေ ဦးမြင့်စိုး အသက် ၄၃ နှစ် အဘ ဦးအောင်စိုးမှာ ဇနီးဖြစ်သူ ဒေါ်တင်တင်ရွှေနှင့်အတူ အမှတ် (၄) ရပ်ကွက် နိဗ္ဗာန်လမ်းရှိ ရွှေသစ္စာ လက်ဖက်ရည်ဆိုင်သို့ ခတ္တသွားရောက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ အဆိုပါ လက်ဖက်ရည်ဆိုင်တွင် ခတ္တရှိနေစဉ် ကိုဝေလင်းသူ အသက် (၂၉) နှစ် အဘ ဦးလှထွေး ဆိုသူရောက်ရှိလာကြောင်း သိရသည်။ထို့နောက် ဦးမြင့်စိုးအား ရန်စပြောဆိုခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ ဦးမြင့်စိုးမှာ “မင်းတို့က လူရမ်းကားတွေ စကားမပြောချင်ဘူး စားချင်တာစား စားပြီးသွားတော့” ဟု ပြောဆိုခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ ထို့သို့ပြောဆိုနေစဉ် ကိုဝေလင်းသူမှ ၎င်း၏ လွယ်အိတ်အတွင်း ထည့်သွင်း ယူဆောင်လာသည့် ဓားအား ထုတ်ပြခဲ့သောကြောင့် ဦးမြင့်စိုးမှ “မင်းငါ့ကို သတ်ချင်တာလား” ဟု မေးမြန်းခဲ့ပြီးနောက် ကိုဝေလင်းသူမှ “ဘာဖြစ်ချင်လို့လဲ” ဟု ပြန်လည်မေးမြန်းခဲ့ပြီး ကိုဝေလင်းသူ၏ သူငယ်ချင်းများ ရောက်ရှိလာပြီးနောက် ကိုဝေလင်းသူအား ပြန်လည်ခေါ်ဆောင်သွားခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ ခတ္တအကြာ ဦးမြင့်စိုး လက်ဖက်ရည်ဆိုင် အတွင်းမှ ပြန်လည်ထွက်လာစဉ် ဆိုင်ရှေ့လမ်းမပေါ်တွင် အသင့်စောင့်နေသော ကိုဝေလင်းသူနှင့် သူငယ်ချင်းများဖြင့်သူ ကိုစန်းအောင်ဝင်း အသက် (၃၃) နှစ် အဘ ဦးကြည်မြင့်၊ ဦးကြည့်မြင့် အသက် (၆၃) နှစ် အဘ ဦးခင်စိုး၊ ကိုအောင်နိုင်ထွန်း(ခ) ရခိုင်လေး တို့မှာ ဓားများဖြင့် ဦးမြင့်စိုးအား ဝိုင်းဝန်းခုတ်ခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ ယင်းဖြစ်စဉ်ကြောင့် ဦးမြင့်စိုးမှာ ဦးခေါင်းတစ်ခြမ်းပဲ့ဒဏ်ရ၊ ယာလက် ပြတ်ရှဒဏ်ရာ၊ ဗိုက်ထိုးသွင်း ဒဏ်ရာတို့ဖြင့် နေရာတွင်ပင် ပွဲချင်းပြီး သေဆုံးခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

“လက်ဖက်ရည်ဆိုင်မှာ ရန်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဖြစ်ကြတာလို့ပြောတယ်၊ တရားခံလေးယောက်မှ ရခိုင်လေး တစ်ယောက်ကလွဲပြီး အကုန်လုံး ဖမ်းမိထားပါပြီ၊ စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်နေပါတယ်၊ ကျန်တဲ့ တရားခံကိုလည်း ဆက်လက်ရှာဖွေ ဖမ်းဆီးနေပါတယ်” ဟု ဧရာဝတီတိုင်းဒေသကြီး ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့မှူးရုံးမှ ဒုရဲမှူးကြီး ထွန်းရွှေက ပြောကြားသည်။

ယင်းဖြစ်စဉ်နှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ လပွတ္တာမြို့မရဲစခန်းမှ (ပ) ၂၆၈/၂၀၂၀၊ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးပုဒ်မ ၃၀၂/၁၁၄ တို့ဖြင့် အမှုဖွင့် အရေးယူ ဆေဆောင်ရွက်ထားကြောင်းသိရပါသည်။

In Labutta, a man was stabbed to death by four men

 Four men stabbed a man to death on November 26 at around 6.30 pm on Nirvana Road, Ward 4, Labutta.

 U Myint Soe, 43, a resident of Min Ye Kyaw Swar Street, Ward 2, Labutta, and his wife, Daw Tin Tin Shwe, went to Shwe Thitsar Tea Shop on Nirvana Road, Ward 4 on the same day.  Ko Wai Lin Thu, 29, father of U Hla Htwe, arrived at the tea shop while Khatta was at the tea shop. He then started arguing with U Myint Soe.  U Myint Soe said, "You mobsters do not want to talk. Eat what you want."  As he spoke, Wai Lin Thu pointed out the knife he had brought with him in his bag, and U Myint Soe asked, "Do you want to kill me?"  After a while, U Myint Soe came out of the tea shop.  U Kyi Myint, 63, father Khin Soe;  Aung Naing Tun (b) Rakhine Lay surrounded U Myint Soe with swords.  As a result, U Myint Soe suffered a fractured head.  Right hand amputation;  He died on the spot from stab wounds to the abdomen.

 "They said there was a fight at the tea shop," he said.  All but four Rakhine suspects have been arrested.  An investigation is underway.  The other suspect is still being searched and arrested, ”said Tun Shwe, a lieutenant colonel in the Irrawaddy Region police chief's office.

 Regarding this incident, Labutta City Police Station (W) 268/2020;  It is learned that action has been taken against him under Section 302/114 of the Penal Code.
