ကချင်ပြည်နယ်၊ မံစီမြို့နယ်၊ မံဝိန်းကြီးကျေးရွာ၊ ရပ်ကွက်(၆)ရှိ ဦးထွန်းခင်၏ နေအိမ်ရှေ့၌ နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၃ ရက် ည ၈ နာရီ ၁၅ မိနစ်ခန့်တွင် အမည်မသိ လူ ၂ ဦး စီးနင်းလာသည့် ဆိုင်ကယ်တစ်စီးပေါ်မှ အထုပ်တစ်ထုပ်အား ချသွားခဲ့ပြီး အဆိုပါ အထုပ်တွင်ပါရှိသည့် အသံမိုင်းတစ်လုံးပေါက်ကွဲခဲ့သည်။

မိုင်းပေါက်ကွဲမှုကြောင့် လူနှင်တိရစ္ဆာန်များ ထိခိုက်မှုမရှိဘဲ နေအိမ်ရှေ့သံပန်း တံခါးအောက်လျှောက်လမ်း ၁ ပေခွဲခန့်ပျက်စီးခြင်း၊ အိမ်အရှေ့ဘက်ခြမ်း မှန်တံခါး ၆ ချပ်ကွဲကြေပျက်စီးခြင်း၊ အိမ်နံရံနှင့် အိမ်သွပ်မိုးတို့အား ကျောက်ခဲစများ ထိမှန်ခြင်းများဖြစ်ပေါ်ခဲ့ကြောင်းသိရှိရသည်။

အဆိုပါ မိုင်းပေါက်ကွဲသည့်နေရာသို့ နယ်မြေခံတပ်မှလုံခြုံရေး တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များ နှင့်ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များက သွားရောက်၍မိုင်းရှင်းလင်းခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက် ခဲ့ကြောင်းသတင်းရရှိသည်။

 A mine explodes

 Nay Pyi Taw  November 24

 Kachin State  Mansi Township  Man Win Gyi Village,  At around 8:15 pm on November 23, a package was unloaded from a motorcycle ridden by two unidentified men in front of U Tun Khin's house in Ward 6, and a landmine exploded in the package.

 The mine blast damaged a 1.5-foot walkway under the iron gate in front of the house without harming people or animals.  6 broken glass doors on the front of the house were damaged.  Rocks hit the walls and roof of the house.

 Local security forces and police went to the scene to clear the mine.
