■ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ် စစ်တွေမြို့မှာ ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော် (AA)ရဲ့ ဗိုလ်လောင်း ရှစ်ဦး ကျဆုံးခြင်း ၆ နှစ်ပြည့် အောက်မေ့ဖွယ် အခမ်းအနား ပြုလုပ်ရာမှာ ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ခဲ့တဲ့  ဦးအစံမောင်ဆိုသူကို အာဏာပိုင်တို့က သဘာ၀ ဘေးအန္တရာယ် ဆိုင်ရာစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ဥပဒေ ပုဒ်မ ၂၅ နဲ့ ဖမ်းဆီး အမှုဖွင့်ထားကြောင်း ဒေသခံတွေက ဒီကနေ့ ပြောပါတယ်။

နိုဝင်ဘာ ၁၉ ရက်နေ့က ကျင်းပတဲ့ အခမ်းအနားနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး နောက်တနေ့ နေ့လယ်မှာ သူ့ရဲ့နေအိမ်ကနေ အရပ်ဝတ်နဲ့ လူနှစ်ဦးက လာရောက် ဖမ်းဆီးသွားတယ်၊ ၂၁ ရက်နေ့မှာတော့ ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့က တရားလိုလုပ်ပြီး  အမှုဖွင့်ထားတာလို့ ဦးအစံမောင် လွတ်မြောက်ရေး ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနေတဲ့ ဒေါ်ကျော့စိန်က ပြောပါတယ်။  

စစ်တွေမြို့အမှတ် (၂) ရဲစခန်းမှာ ထိန်းသိမ်းခံနေရတဲ့ ဦးအစံမောင်ကို  ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၄ ရက်နေ့မှာ တရားရုံးထုတ် စစ်ဆေးမယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။

ဦးအစံမောင်ဟာ အဲဒီအခမ်းအနားကို ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ကူညီပေးခဲ့တာသာဖြစ်ပြီး ဦးဆောင်သူ မဟုတ်တဲ့သူကို အခုလို ဖမ်းဆီးအမှုဖွင့်တာဟာ ဘယ်လိုမှ မဖြစ်သင့်ဘူးလို့လည်း ဒေါ်ကျော့စိန်က ပြောပါတယ်။

အမှုနဲ့ ပတ်သက်လို့ ပိုမို သိရှိနိုင်ရေးအတွက် စစ်တွေမြို့နယ် ရဲမှူး ဇော်နိုင်ကို မေးမြန်းဖို့ ကြိုးစားခဲ့ပေမယ့် ဆက်သွယ်လို့ မရခဲ့ပါဘူး။

သူ့ကို အမှုဖွင့်ထားတဲ့ သဘာဝ ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ဆိုင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ဥပဒေပုဒ်မ၂၅ မှာ မည်သူမဆို ဆန်းစစ်ချက် မပြုလုပ်ဘဲ ပေါ့ဆစွာဆောင်ရွက်မှု တစ်ခုခုကြောင့်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ဘေးအန္တရာယ်တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ကျရောက်နိုင်သည်ကို သိလျက်နဲ့ တမင်ပြုလုပ်မှုကြောင့်ဖြစ်စေ၊ သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ်ဖြစ်ပေါ်ရင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေရန်အကြောင်းရှိရင် ကျူးလွန်သူကို သုံးနှစ်ထက် မပိုသော ထောင်ဒဏ် ဖြစ်စေ၊ ငွေဒဏ်ဖြစ်စေ ချမှတ်နိုင်တယ်လို့ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းထားပါတယ်။

ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၂၀၁၄ ခုနှစ် နိုဝင်ဘာ ၁၄ ရက်နေ့က ကချင်လွတ်မြောက်ရေး တပ်မတော် KIA သင်တန်းကျောင်းကို တပ်မတော်က လက်နက်ကြီးနဲ့ ပစ်ခတ်ရာမှာ ဗိုလ်လောင်းတချို့ ထိခိုက်သေဆုံးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ကျဆုံးသွားသူတွေထဲက  ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော်(AA) ရဲ့ ဗိုလ်လောင်း ရှစ်ဦးအတွက် ၆ နှစ်မြောက် အောက်မေ့ဖွယ် အခမ်းအနားကို စစ်တွေမြို့ ကမ်းနားလမ်းမှာ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ကြရာမှာ လူငယ် ၃၀ ဝန်းကျင်က အာရက္ခနိုင်ငံတော် သီချင်းကို ပြိုင်တူရွတ်ဆိုမှု၊ တစ်မိနစ်ငြိမ်သက်မှု၊ ဆီမီးထွန်းဂါရဝပြုမှုစတဲ့ အစီအစဉ်တွေ ပါဝင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

စစ်တွေမြို့မှာ အောက်တိုဘာ ၁၉ ရက်နေ့က စစ်ပွဲတွေ ရပ်တန့်ရေးနဲ့ အင်တာနက်လိုင်း ပြန်ဖွင့်ပေးရေး အပါအဝင် တပ်မတော်နဲ့ အစိုးရကို ဝေဖန်ဆန္ဒပြခဲ့တဲ့ ရခိုင်ကျောင်းသားသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ဝင် ကျောင်းသားတွေနဲ့ ဝန်းရံသူ စုစုပေါင်း ငါးဦးကိုလည်း နိုင်ငံတော် အကြည်ညိုပျက်စေမှု ပုဒ်မ ၅၀၅ (ခ)၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ စုဝေးခွင့်နဲ့ စီတန်းလှည့်ခွင့် ဥပဒေ ပုဒ် (၁၉) တို့နဲ့ စစ်တွေမြို့နယ် တရားရုံးမှာ ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့က တရားစွဲထားပြီး အဲဒီထဲက လေးဦးကို ဖမ်းဆီးထားပါတယ်။

A memorial service for eight AA cadets has been filed

 Authorities in Sittwe, Rakhine State, have arrested a man named Asan Maung under Section 25 of the Disaster Management Law for participating in a six-year commemoration of the death of eight Arakan Army cadets, locals told .

 The next afternoon, two men in civilian clothes were arrested at his home in connection with the Nov. 19 ceremony.  On the 21st, the police filed a case, said Daw Kyaw Sein, who is assisting in the release of Asan Maung.

 U San Maung, who is being held at Sittwe No. 2 Police Station, will be arraigned on December 4.

 Kyaw Sein said that Asan Maung had co-sponsored the event and that the arrest of a non-leader should not be allowed.

 Sixth anniversary commemoration ceremony was held for the eight cadets of the Arakan Army (AA) on the waterfront in Sittwe. Around 30 young people sang the national anthem in unison.  One minute of silence;  There were programs such as lighting ceremonies.

 A total of five students and members of the Rakhine Students' Union, who protested against the military and the government on October 19, including the cessation of hostilities and the reopening of the internet, were also charged under Section 505 (b) of the Penal Code.  Police in Sittwe Township Court have charged four people under Section 19 of the Peaceful Assembly and Procession Law, and arrested four of them.
