မကြာသေးမီက ကျင်းပပြီးစီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၂၀၂၀ အထွေထွေရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာ အမျိုးသားဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (NLD) ကနေ တပြည်လုံးအတိုင်းအတာ အောင်မြင်ခဲ့မှုအပေါ် ကြိုဆိုကြောင်း မြောက်ပိုင်းညီနောင်မဟာမိတ် ၃ ဖွဲ့က နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၂၀ ရက်နေ့ ရက်စွဲနဲ့ သဘောထား ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာခဲ့ပါတယ်။

အထူးသဖြင့် အစိုးရနဲ့ တပ်မတော်တို့ရဲ့ အပြုသဘောဆောင်တဲ့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်ကို ကြိုဆိုကြောင်း မြောက်ပိုင်းညီနောင်မဟာမိတ် ၃ ဖွဲ့ရဲ့ ပြောခွင့်ရ ဗိုလ်မှူးတာအိုက်ကျော်က အခုလိုပြောပါတယ်။

“ကျနော်တို့ ညီနောင်မဟာမိတ် ၃ ဖွဲ့ပေါ့နော်။ Online ပေါ်မှာ အစည်းအဝေး လုပ်လိုက်တယ်။ ဒီလက်ရှိတပ်ဘက်ရော အစိုးရဘက်ရော ဒီ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီးမှ အသီးသီး ကြေညာချက်ထုတ်ထားတယ်ပေါ့နော်။ သူတို့ရဲ့ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအပေါ် ထုတ်ပြန်ချက် သဘောထားတွေကို ကျနော်တို့က အပြုသဘောအနေနဲ့ ရှုမြင်တယ်ပေါ့နော်။ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအတွက် အပြုသဘောဆောင်တယ်လို့ အဲဒီလိုမျိုးမြင်တယ်။ အဲဒီထုတ်ပြန်ချက်ကို ကျနော်တို့ ကြိုဆိုတယ်။”

ရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာ အများစုနဲ့ အနိုင်ရထားတဲ့ NLD အမျိုးသားဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ်ကလည်း ဒီမိုကရေစီ ဖက်ဒရယ်ပြည်ထောင်စု ပေါ်ပေါက်ရေး ရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာ ပါဝင်ခဲ့ကြတဲ့ တိုင်းရင်းသား နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီတွေနဲ့ လက်တွဲဖို့ ဆန္ဒရှိကြောင်း နိုဝင်ဘာ ၁၂ ရက်နေ့မှာ ကမ်းလှမ်းခဲ့ပါတယ်။

အလားတူ တပ်မတော်ကနေ နိုဝင်ဘာ ၉ ရက်က ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်မှု ရပ်စဲရေးနဲ့ ထာဝရငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအတွက် ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်နဲ့အတူ ထပ်မံပြင်ဆင်ဖွဲ့စည်း တာဝန်ပေးအပ်လိုက်တဲ့ ဆွေးနွေးမှုကော်မတီကို ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနဲ့ အပစ်ရပ်ရေးအတွက် အပြုသဘောဆောင်တဲ့ ခြေလှမ်းအဖြစ် ကြိုဆိုကြောင်း ညီနောင် ၃ ဖွဲ့ရဲ့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်မှာ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။

Three Northern Alliance hopes for peace talks

 The three northern allies issued a statement on November 20 welcoming the National League for Democracy (NLD) 's nationwide victory in the recent 2020 general election.

 A preliminary ceasefire agreement will be signed with the Northern Alliance, and political talks will be held with all seven members of the UWSA-led Union Political Coordination Committee (FPNCC).

 The three northern brothers are the Ta'ang Palaung National Liberation Army (TNLA);  The Arakanese Armed Forces (AA) and the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA);  The Kokang are a group that has military tensions with the military.

 Currently, the Burmese Army and three northern brothers have declared a ceasefire in northern Shan State.  Major Ta Aik Kyaw said that although there have been clashes with the Kachin Independence Organization (KIO) these days, they are less than before.

 The military has told VOA that it has formed a standing committee to work for peace with the Burmese government and the NCA, which has signed a nationwide ceasefire agreement with both armed groups and non-armed groups.

 Fighting between the Arakanese Armed Forces (AA) and the Burmese Army has recently stopped in Rakhine State, where military tensions are high.

 The AA praised the NLD for winning another general election in November.  The AA announced on November 21 that the three NLD members in Taungup Township had been detained without any torture and would be released as soon as possible.

 The statement said that Rakhine ethnic people and Rakhine politicians and prisoners of conscience were imprisoned on vague charges.  The AA also called for the immediate and unconditional release of all university students from all over Burma who have been detained by ULA members for protesting for peace.

 Three Northern Alliance hopes for peace talks

 The three northern allies issued a statement on November 20 welcoming the National League for Democracy (NLD) 's nationwide victory in the recent 2020 general election.
