မကွေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီး၊ ပခုက္ကူခရိုင်၊ မြိုင်မြို့နယ်၊ သနပ်ပင်အုပ်စု၊ ဗိမ္မာန်မကျေးရွာရှိ မြန်မာနှစ် ၁၁၀၀ ပြည့်(ခရစ်နှစ် ၁၇၃၈)တွင် ဆောက်လုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး ယခုအချိန်အထိ ၂၈၂ နှစ် သက်တမ်းကြာမြင့်ပြီဖြစ်သည့် အုံတုံပင်(မနောရမ္မာ) ရွှေကျောင်းတော်ကြီးသည်နှစ်ကာလ ကြာမြင့်လာသည်နှင့်အမျှ ပျက်စီးယိုယွင်း လာပြီး ပြန်လည်ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန် လိုအပ်နေသည့်အတွက် တပ်မတော် ကာကွယ်ရေး ဦးစီးချုပ် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှူးကြီး မင်းအောင်လှိုင် ၏ လမ်းညွန်မှာကြားချက်နှင့်အညီ အနောက်မြောက်တိုင်းစစ်ဌာနချုပ်မှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများက ပြန်လည်ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းများဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့တယ်လို့ဆိုပါတယ်။
