■ မန္တလေးတိုင်း မိုးကုတ်မြို့အနီးမှာ တအာင်းအမျိုးသားလွတ်မြောက်ရေး တပ်မတော် TNLA နဲ့ နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၅ ရက်နေ့  မနေ့က တိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်ပွားတာကြောင့် တပ်မတော်သား တစ်ဦးကျဆုံးပြီး ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရသူ တစ်ဦးရှိခဲ့တယ်လို့ တပ်မတော် သတင်းမှန် ပြန်ကြားရေးအဖွဲ့ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဗိုလ်ချုပ် ဇော်မင်းထွန်းက ပြောပါတယ်။

ည ၇ နာရီကျော်ကနေ ၉ နာရီအထိ တိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့တာလို့ ဗိုလ်ချုပ် ဇော်မင်းထွန်းက ပြောပါတယ်။

မြို့နဲ့ သိပ်မဝေးတဲ့ ပိန်းပြစ်ရွာ ဓာတ်တော်တောင်ဘက်မှာ ပစ်ခတ် တိုက်ခိုက်သံတွေ မနေ့ညက ထွက်ပေါ်နေတယ်ဆိုပြီး မိုးကုတ်ဒေသခံ အတော်များများကလည်း လူမှုကွန်ယက်မှာ တင်ခဲ့တာကို တွေ့ရပါတယ်။

TNLA ပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူ ဗိုလ်မှူး မိုင်အိုက်ကျော်က TNLA တပ်တွေ ကျောက်ဝါရွာဘက်ကနေ ဆင်းလာချိန်မှာ ထိတွေ့တိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်တာလို့ ပြောပေမယ့် တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေ ထိခိုက်ကျဆုံးမှုမရှိဘူးလို့ ပြောပါတယ်။

မိုးကုတ် ဒေသခံတွေကတော့ မနေ့ကဖြစ်ပွားတဲ့ တိုက်ပွဲကြောင့် ထိတ်လန့်နေပြီး ကျောက်ဝါရွာဘက်က ဒေသခံတချို့လည်း တိုက်ပွဲရှောင်ဖို့ ထွက်ပြေးနေကြတယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။

၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်ကတည်းက TNLA တပ်ဖွဲ့တွေ စိမ့်ဝင်နေတဲ့ အဲဒီဘက်ဒေသတွေမှာ   လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ နှစ်လ သုံးလ ဝန်းကျင်က ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်တချို့ ဖမ်းဆီးခေါ်ဆောင် သွားခံရတာတွေလည်း ရှိခဲ့တယ်လို့ ဗိုလ်ချုပ် ဇော်မင်းထွန်းက ပြောပါတယ်။

TNLA အဖွဲ့အပါအဝင် ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော် AA နဲ့ ကိုးကန့်အဖွဲ့  MNDAA တို့က အပစ်ရပ်ကြောင်း ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ နိုဝင်ဘာ ၁၁ ရက်နေ့က ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာပြီး နောက်ပိုင်းမှာ အဲဒီအဖွဲ့တွေနဲ့ တပ်မတော်တို့ တိုက်ပွဲတွေ ရပ်တန့်သွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။

တိုက်ပွဲတွေ ရပ်တန့်သွားတာဟာ ယုံကြည်မှုကို တည်ဆောက်နေတဲ့ ကာလဖြစ်ပြီး အောက်ခြေမှာ သက်ဆိုင်နိုင်သူတွေနဲ့ တိုက်ပွဲတွေ ထပ်မဖြစ်အောင် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်‌နေကြောင်း တပ်မတော်က   မနေ့က ပြောထားပါတယ်။

အဲဒီလို အပြန်အလှန် စောင့်ထိန်းမှုအားကောင်းလာရင် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး ဖြစ်စဉ်ကို ပိုပြီးအကျိုးဖြစ်ထွန်းနိုင်တယ်လို့လည်း ပြောပါတယ်။

နှစ်ပတ်နီးပါး တိုက်ပွဲတွေမဖြစ်ခဲ့ရာကနေ မနေ့ညကတော့ မိုးကုတ်မြို့အနီးမှာ တပ်မတော်နဲ့ TNLA အဖွဲ့တို့ ပစ်ခတ်မှု ပေါ်ပေါက်ခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Fighting between TNLA and army near Mogok

 A soldier was killed and another was injured in a clash with the Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) near Mogok in Mandalay Division on November 25, said General Zaw Min Tun, chairman of the Tatmadaw's Truth and Reconnaissance Team.

 Gen. Zaw Min Tun said the fighting lasted from 7 pm to 9 pm.

 Several Mogok residents also posted on social media that gunfire erupted last night in the southern part of Pein Pyit village, not far from the city.

 A TNLA spokesman, Maj. Mai Aik Kyaw, said the clashes took place when TNLA troops came down from Kyauk War village, but no one was injured.

 Residents of Mogok are terrified of yesterday's clashes, and some locals in Kyauk War village are fleeing the fighting.

 Gen. Zaw Min Tun said that some police officers had been abducted in the area where TNLA forces have been infiltrating since 2019 for the past two to three months.

 Fighting between the Arakan Army (AA) and the Kokang MNDAA, including the TNLA, announced a ceasefire on 11 November, and the fighting with the Tatmadaw ceased.

 The Tatmadaw told yesterday that the cessation of hostilities was a time of confidence-building and coordination with those concerned at the grassroots level to prevent further clashes.

 He said such reciprocity would strengthen the peace process.

 The Tatmadaw and TNLA clashed last night after nearly two weeks of no fighting.
