ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၁ ရက်နေ့ ညနေ ၆ နာရီခွဲလောက်က ဦးထိုက်ဇော်ရဲ့ နေအိမ်ကို ဆိုင်ကယ်နဲ့ လူနှစ်ယောက် လာရောက်ပြီး သေနတ်နဲ့ ပစ်ခတ်ခဲ့တာကြောင့် သေဆုံးခဲ့ရတာဖြစ်ပြီး သေဆုံးရတာဟာ နိုင်ငံရေးကြောင့်ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ လက်ရှိ အနိုင်ရပါတီ NLD ပါတီ ပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူ ဒေါက်တာမျိုးညွန့်က ပြောပါတယ်။

“ဒါက ဘာကိုပြလဲဆို နိုင်ငံရေးမှာ အကြမ်းဖက်ဝါဒ သွတ်သွင်းဖို့ ကြိုးစားနေတာလို့ ယူဆပါတယ်။ ဒီလို ဦးထိုက်ဇော် လုပ်ကြံသတ်ဖြတ်ခံရတာက နိုင်ငံရေးရည်ရွယ်ချက်နဲ့ လုပ်တယ်လို့ သံသယရှိပါတယ်။ ဒီလုပ်ကြံမှုမှာ ပါဝင်သူတွေကို တိတိကျကျနဲ့ အမြန်ဆုံး ဖော်ထုတ်အရေးယူဖို့တော့ ကျနော်တို့ တာဝန်ရှိသူတွေကို တိုက်တွန်းပါတယ်။”

သေဆုံးသွားသူ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ် ဦးထိုက်ဇော်ဟာ ကျောက်မဲမြို့နယ်၊ နောင်ပိန်ကျေးရွာအုပ်စု၊ ပင်တိန်ရွာမှာ နေထိုင်သူဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သေဆုံးခဲ့တာနဲ့ပတ်သက်လို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ဘက်ကို ဆက်သွယ်ခဲ့ပေမယ့် ဆက်သွယ်လို့မရခဲ့ပါဘူး။ သေနတ်သမားကိုလည်း မမိသလို ဘယ်အဖွဲ့က ဘယ်လိုကြောင့် လုပ်ကြံသလဲ ဆိုတာကိုလည်း မဖော်ထုတ်နိုင်သေးပါဘူး။

ဒေသခံတဦးလည်းဖြစ် နာရေးကူညီမှုလုပ်နေတဲ့ ပရဟိတ လုပ်ပေးနေသူ ဦးတင်မောင်သန်းကတော့ ဦးထိုက်ဇော်ဟာ သူဖွင့်ထားတဲ့ ကုန်စုံဆိုင်မှာ ကွမ်းယာလာဝယ်သူအတွက် ကွမ်းယာ ယာနေစဉ် ပစ်ခံခဲ့ရတာဖြစ်ပြီး အဲဒီအချိန်မှာ ဇနီးဖြစ်သူက အိမ်ပေါ်တက်သွားချိန်ဖြစ်လို့ မျက်မြင်သက်သေမရှိတဲ့ အနေအထား ဖြစ်သွားတယ်လို့လည်း ပြောပြပါတယ်။ ဖြစ်စဉ်အနေနဲ့ စီးပွားရေး ရန်ငြိုးကြောင့် မဟုတ်ဘဲ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာ အငြင်းပွားမှုကြောင့် အခုလို ဖြစ်နိုင်တယ်လို့ သူ့ထင်မြင်ချက်ကို ပြောပါတယ်။

“စီးပွားရေးအရတော့ မပတ်သက်ပါဘူး။ ဘာလို့လဲဆိုတော့ သူ့စီးပွားရေးကလည်း ဘယ်လိုခေါ်မလဲ ချမ်းသာလောက်တဲ့အဆင့် မရှိသလို ပြိုင်ဆိုင်စရာလည်း မရှိပါဘူး။ အဲတော့ ဒီမဲရလဒ်အပေါ်မှာပဲ လတ်တလော ဖြစ်ကြတာပေါ့နော်။ အဲလိုပဲ ကျနော်တို့ ပြောလို့ရပါမယ်။”

ကျောက်မဲမြို့နယ်ထဲမှာ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၁၅ ရက်နေ့ကလည်း မြို့နယ်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင်ဥက္ကဋ္ဌရဲ့ နေအိမ် သေနတ်နဲ့ ပစ်ခတ်ခံခဲ့ရပါသေးတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီပစ်ခတ်မှုမှာတော့ ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရသူ မရှိခဲ့ပေမယ့် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင်အဖွဲ့ခွဲ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌရဲ့ နေအိမ်မှန်တွေ ပျက်စီးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီရဲ့ လက်သည်တရားခံကိုလည်း မမိသေးပါဘူး။

ကျောက်မဲခရိုင်တွင်းမှာ နောင်ချိုမြို့နယ်ကလွဲပြီး သီပေါ၊ နမ္မတူ၊ ကျောက်မဲမြို့နယ်တွေမှာ ရှမ်းတိုင်းရင်းသားများ ဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (SNLD) က နေရာအများဆုံး အနိုင်ရခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော် အမှတ် ၁ နေရာအတွက်ကိုတော့ NLD ပါတီကိုယ်စားလှယ် ဦးထိုက်ဇော်က မဲပေါင်း ၅၀ ကျော်အသာနဲ့ SNLD ပါတီကိုယ်စားလှယ်ကို အနိုင်ရခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုအနိုင်ရတာမှာ မိုးမိတ်ဘက်မှာ မဲမသမာမှု ရှိခဲ့တယ်ဆိုပြီး ပြန်လည်ရေတွက်တာတွေ လုပ်ခဲ့ရတယ်လို့ ဒေသခံတွေက ပြောပါတယ်။

Generation Tree ရွေးကောက်ပွဲစောင့်ကြည့်အဖွဲ့က ဦးအောင်နိုင်မော်ကတော့ ဒီဖြစ်ရပ်ဟာ စိုးရိမ်စရာဖြစ်ရပ်လို့ ရှုမြင်ပြီး ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ အကျိုးဆက်ကြောင့် ဖြစ်လာတယ်လို့ သုံးသပ်သလို မြို့နယ်ကော်မရှင်အဖွဲ့တွေ လုံခြုံရေးကို ထည့်တွက်ဖို့ သူက သတိပေးပါတယ်။

“ကျောက်မဲ နောင်ချိုက မငြိမ်းချမ်းတဲ့ နေရာက တချက်ပေါ့၊ နောက်တခုကတော့ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ အငြင်းပွားမှုနဲ့လည်း ဆက်စပ်တယ်လို့ ကျနော်ယူဆတယ်။ အခုကလည်း ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်းတွေ ကြေညာပြီးပြီ။ နောက်ဆက်တွဲ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲအတွင်း ကြုံရတဲ့ တရားမဲ့ပြုကျင့်မှုတွေကို တိုင်တန်းလို့ရပြီဆိုတဲ့ အချိန်နဲ့လည်း ကိုက်နေတာဆိုတော့ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ကော်မရှင်တွေရဲ့ လုံခြုံရေးကို သတိထားသင့်တယ်။ ကော်မရှင်အကြီးထဲကတင် မဟုတ်ဘဲ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ မြို့နယ်ကော်မရှင်ခွဲတွေ လုံခြုံရေးကို သတိထားဖို့လိုတယ်လို့ မြင်တယ်။”

လုံခြုံရေးကြောင့် အမည်နဲ့ အသံ မဖော်ပြနိုင်တဲ့ ရှမ်းပြည်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်တဦးကတော့ လက်ရှိအချိန်မှာ ကော်မရှင်အဖွဲ့ခွဲတွေမှာ အသက်အန္တရာယ် စိုးရိမ်စရာဖြစ်နေပြီး နေအိမ်မှာ မနေနိုင်တဲ့ဘဝနဲ့ လှည့်ပတ်သွားနေရတယ်လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။ အခုလိုဖြစ်သွားတာကြောင့် အမျိုးသားလွှတ်တော် အမတ်နေရာအတွက် လစ်လပ်မဲဆန္ဒနယ်အနေနဲ့သာ သတ်မှတ် ပြန်လည်ရွေးချယ်မှာဖြစ်ပြီး မဲအများဆုံးရသူ သေဆုံးသွားတာကြောင့် ဒုတိယမဲအများဆုံးရသူက အမတ်အဖြစ် ဆက်ခံခွင့်ရမှာမျိုး မရှိဘူးလို့ ဗွီအိုအေကို အတည်ပြု ပြောဆိုပါတယ်။

၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲကို ကျောက်မဲခရိုင်မှာ နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီပေါင်း ၁၀ ပါတီ ဝင်ပြိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

NLD believes Kyaukme U Htike Zaw's shooting was politically motivated

 Northern Shan State  Htike Zaw, a member of the National League for Democracy (NLD) who won a seat in Kyaukme District No. 1, was shot dead.  Here is the whole article via the RSS feed.

 Dr. Myo Nyunt, a spokesman for the now-victorious NLD party, said that two people on a motorcycle opened fire on Htike Zaw's house at around 6:30 pm on November 21 and that the death was politically motivated.

 "I think this shows that they are trying to instill terrorism in politics," he said.  It is suspected that Htike Zaw was assassinated for political reasons.  We urge those responsible to identify and take immediate action against those involved in the plot. ”

 The deceased National Assembly member U Htike Zaw was arrested in Kyaukme Township.  Naung Pein Village Tract;  He lives in Pintin village.  Myanmar police were contacted but could not be reached for comment.  The gunman has not been identified and the motive for the killings has not been determined.

 Tin Maung Than, a local funeral worker and philanthropist, said Htike Zaw was shot while buying betel leaves at a grocery store for customers while his wife went upstairs.  He said the process was not due to economic animosity but to electoral disputes.

 "It has nothing to do with economics," he said.  Because his business is not rich or competitive.  So, what is happening now is based on the result of this election.  That's all we can say. "

 In Kyaukme Township, the chairman of the township election commission was shot dead on November 15.  No one was injured in the shooting, but the windows of the chairman of the sub-commission were destroyed.  The suspect has not yet been identified.

 In Kyaukme District, except Naungcho Township, Hsipaw,  နမ် တူ၊  In Kyaukme townships, the Shan Nationalities League for Democracy (SNLD) won the most seats.  For National Assembly No. 1, NLD candidate U Htike Zaw won over SNLD candidate by more than 50 votes.  Locals say the victory was counted as vote rigging on the Moe Meik side.

 Aung Naing Maw, of the Generation Tree election observation mission, described the incident as "worrying" and warned that it would be a consequence of the election and warned township commissions to take security into account.

 “Kyaukme Naung Cho is a place where there is no peace.  Another thing I think is related to the election dispute.  Now the candidates have been announced.  The security of the relevant commissions should be considered as it coincides with the time when complaints of irregularities during the by-elections can be reported.  I think not only the big commission but also the relevant township sub-commissions need to be careful about security. ”

 A member of the Shan State Election Commission, who did not want to be named due to security concerns, said the sub-commissions were currently life-threatening and that they had to move around with no home.  He confirmed to VOA that the by-elections would be re-elected as a vacant constituency, and that the second-highest voter would not be allowed to run for office because of the death of the highest number of voters.

 Ten political parties contested the 2020 election in Kyaukme District.
