၂၀၂၀ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာ NLD ပါတီရဲ့ အနိုင်ရမှု AA တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင်တပ်က ချီးကျုးဂုဏ်ပြုတယ်လို့ ဒီကနေ့ ထုတ်ပြန်တဲ့ ကြေညာချက်ဟာ အပြုသဘောဆောင်တဲ့ သဘောထားအဖြစ် NLD ပါတီဘက်က ပြောဆိုလိုက်ပေမယ့် AA ရဲ့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်ပါ ရခိုင်ဒေသခံ ဖမ်းဆီးခံတွေ ပြန်လွှတ်ပေးရေး NLD ပါတီကို တောင်းဆိုမှုတွေကိုတော့ ငြင်းပယ်လိုက်ပါတယ်။ NLD ပါတီပြောခွင့်ရ ဒေါက်တာမျိုးညွန့်ကို မဆုမွန် ဆက်သွယ်မေးမြန်းပြီး တင်ပြထားပါတယ်။

ဒီကနေ့ နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၂၁ ရက်နေ့ စနေနေ့မှာ ရခိုင်အမျိုးသားအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (ULA)၊ ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော် (AA) ကနေ ၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ် အထွေထွေရွေးကောက်ပွဲမှာ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည် ဦးဆောင်တဲ့ NLD ပါတီ လူထုရဲ့ တခဲနက် အားပေးထောက်ခံမှုနဲ့ အပြတ်အသတ် အနိုင်ရခဲ့တဲ့အပေါ် ULA/AA အနေနဲ့ ချီးကျူးဂုဏ်ပြုကြောင်း သဘောထား ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာလိုက်တာပါ။ NLD အစိုးရအနေနဲ့ ဒီမိုကရေစီ အနှစ်သာရနဲ့ တရားမျှတတဲ့ စစ်မှန်တဲ့ ပြည်ထောင်စု ပုံဖော်ထုဆစ်နိုင်လိမ့်မယ်လို့ AA ဘက်က မျှော်လင့်ကြောင်းလည်း ထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။

အခုလိုမျိုး AA တိုင်းရင်းသားလက်နက်ကိုင်တပ်ဖွဲ့ရဲ့ NLD ပါတီအပေါ် ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာချက်နဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး NLD အမျိုးသားဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ်ပါတီ ပြောခွင့်ရ ဒေါက်တာမျိုးညွန့်ကတော့ အပြုသဘောဆောင်တဲ့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်အဖြစ် ရှုမြင်ပါတယ်။

"အဲ့ဒီ့စာက ယခင်စာများနဲ့မတူဘဲ အသုံးအနှုန်းတွေကအစ နိုင်ငံရေးအရလည်း ပိုပြီး လက်ခံနိုင်တဲ့ အခြေအနေ ရှိပါတယ်ခင်ဗျ။ နောက် ၂၀၂၀ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီးတော့လည်း သူတို့က ဒါ ကြိုဆိုလက်ခံတဲ့သဘော တွေ့ရှိရတဲ့အတွက် အပြုသဘောဆောင်တယ်လို့ ကျနော်တို့က သုံးသပ်ပါတယ်။ နောက် သူတို့ AA ရဲ့ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်မှာ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပြီး ညှိနှိုင်းမှုရလဒ်တွေပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး ဖမ်းဆီးထားတဲ့ ကျနော်တို့ အဖွဲ့ချုပ်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်း ၃ ဦးကို ပြန်ပြီး လွှတ်ပေးပါမယ်ဆိုတာ ပါပါတယ်။ ဒီကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်း ၃ ဦးကိုလည်း ညှဉ်းပန်းနှိပ်စက်ခြင်း မရှိဘူး၊ ကောင်းမွန်စွာထားတယ်ဆိုတာ သိရတဲ့အတွက် ကျနော်တို့ ဝမ်းသာပါတယ်။

“ကျနော်တို့ သဘောထား ရပ်တည်ချက်ကတော့ AA ဟာ လက်ရှိမှာ အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းအဖြစ် ကြေညာထားခံရတဲ့အဖွဲ့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကျနော်တို့ကတော့ နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီတခု ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းအဖြစ် ကြေညာထားခြင်းခံရတဲ့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းနဲ့ ဥပဒေအရ ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးခွင့် မရှိပါဘူးခင်ဗျ။ ဒါကြောင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးခွင့်ရှိတဲ့ အစိုးရ၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးဆောင်ရွက်နေသူများ နောက်ပြီးတော့ တပ်မတော်တို့နဲ့ သူတို့ရဲ့ သဘောထားကို ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကျနော်တို့ကတော့ ဒီကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်း ၃ ဦးကို ဖမ်းဆီးထားပြီးတော့ တောင်းဆိုမှုတွေ လုပ်နေတာကိုတော့ သင့်မြတ်ခြင်းမရှိဘူးလို့ ကျနော်တို့ ယူဆပါတယ်။ ကျနော်တို့ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် ၃ ဦးကို ခြွင်းချက်မရှိ ပြန်လည်လွှတ်ပေးတာတော့ ပိုမိုသင့်တော်ပါတယ်။ အဲ့သလို လုပ်လိုက်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် AA အဖွဲ့ရဲ့ အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းအဖြစ် ကြေညာထားခြင်း ခံရတာလည်း လျော့ပါးသွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။”

AA ဘက်က NLD အနေနဲ့ အမျိုးသားရင်ကြားစေ့ရေးကို နှုတ်အားဖြင့် ပြောဆိုနေတာမဟုတ်ဘဲ လက်တွေ့အားဖြင့် အကောင်အထည်ဖော် သက်သေပြရမယ့် အချိန်ကာလဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ပြောဆိုထားသလို AA အနေနဲ့ အမျိုးသားရင်ကြားစေ့ရေးနဲ့ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးကို ထောက်ရှုပြီးတော့ မေတ္တာတရားကို မေတ္တာတရားနဲ့ တုံ့ပြန်ရန် အဆင်သင့်ဖြစ်နေပါတယ် ဆိုတာ ထည့်သွင်းထားပါတယ်။ ဒီလို ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအတွက် နိုင်ငံရေးဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွေကို အရှိန်မြှင့် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး တိုးတက်လာနေစေမယ့် လမ်းစအဖြစ်လည်း NLD ဘက်က သဘောထားကို ဒေါက်တာမျိုးညွန့်က ပြောပါတယ်။

"အထူးသဖြင့် AA အဖွဲ့အစည်းက တပ်မတော်နဲ့ လက်နက်ကိုင်ပြီး တိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်နေတယ်။ အခု ယာယီအပစ်အခတ် ရပ်စဲထားတယ်။ အဲ့တော့ လက်နက်ကိုင်တပ်ဖွဲ့ အချင်းချင်းကြား ဖြစ်တာဟာ ဒါဟာ ကျနော်တို့နဲ့ မဆိုင်ပါဘူး။ ကျနော်တို့နဲ့ အဓိကဆိုင်တဲ့ အကြောင်းကတော့ လက်နက်ကိုင်တိုက်ပွဲမှာ လုံးဝ ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်ခြင်းမရှိတဲ့ ပြည်သူများကို လက်နက်ကိုင်ပြီးတော့ ဖမ်းဆီးတာ၊ ရှေးဦးပိုင်းတွေမှာ နှိပ်စက်တာ ရှိခဲ့တာ၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်တာ ဒါတွေကတော့ အကြမ်းဖက်လုပ်ရပ်တွေလို့ ကျနော်တို့ကတော့ သဘောပေါက်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ဒီလို အကြမ်းဖက်လုပ်ရပ်တွေကို ဖြေလျော့နိုင်မယ်၊ နောက်ပြီး မဟာမိတ် ၃ ဖွဲ့ရဲ့ ကြေညာချက်အတိုင်း ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအတွက် နိုင်ငံရေးဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွေကို အရှိန်မြှင့် ဆောင်ရွက်လာမယ် ဆိုရင် သူဟာ အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းကနေလည်း လွတ်မြောက်သွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ နောက်ပြီးတော့ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးဖြစ်စဉ်တွေ တိုးတက်လာတာနဲ့အမျှ အခုတောင်းဆိုထားတဲ့ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ လွတ်မြောက်ရေးဟာလည်း အစိုးရအဖွဲ့က ဆောင်ရွက်လာနိုင်ဖွယ် အခြေအနေ ရှိပါတယ်လို့ ကျနော်တို့ကတော့ ပြောချင်ပါတယ်။"

NLD ပါတီဝင် ၃ ဦး လွတ်မြောက်ရေး NLD ပါတီ တာဝန်ရှိသူတွေက တောင်းဆိုတာနဲ့နည်းတူ NLD အစိုးရက ပုဒ်မအမျိုးမျိုးတပ် ဖမ်းထားတဲ့ ရခိုင်ပြည်သူတွေ၊ ရခိုင်နိုင်ငံရေးအကျဉ်းသားတွေ၊ ULA အဖွဲ့ရဲ့ ဆွေမျိုးတွေ၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအတွက် တောင်းဆိုဆန္ဒပြလို့ အဖမ်းဆီးခံ တက္ကသိုလ်ကျောင်းသားတွေကို လူသားချင်းစာနာစိတ်နဲ့ ခြွင်းချက်မရှိ အမြန်ဆုံး လွှတ်ပေးပါလို့ AA လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့က ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်ထဲ အဓိက တောင်းဆိုထားတာပါ။ ဒီအပေါ် NLD ပါတီ ပြောခွင့်ရ ဒေါက်တာမျိုးညွန့်က အခုလိုတုံ့ပြန်ပါတယ်။

"ဖမ်းဆီးတယ်ဆိုတာဟာ ဥပဒေမဲ့ဖမ်းဆီးခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ လက်ရှိ တည်ဆဲဥပဒေ တရပ်ရပ်နဲ့ ငြိစွန်းတဲ့အတွက် ဖမ်းဆီးတယ်။ တရားရုံးမှာ ရှေ့နေရှေ့ရပ်များနဲ့ ခုခံချေပခွင့်ရှိတယ်။ တရားသူကြီးရဲ့ ဆင်ခြင်တုံတရားအရ အပြစ်ရှိတယ်လို့ ယူဆတဲ့အတွက် အပြစ်ပေးတာပါ။ ဒါဟာ ဖမ်းဆီးခံထားရတဲ့ ကျနော်တို့ရဲ့ လွှတ်တော်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ အပေါ်ကိုတော့ ဒါက သက်ရောက်ခြင်း မရှိဘူးလို့ဘဲ ကျနော်တို့ပြောချင်ပါတယ်။ ကျနော်တို့ဟာ ဒီမိုကရေစီ ဖက်ဒရယ်စနစ်ကို မမှိတ်မသုန် သွားနေပါတယ်။ သွားနေတဲ့ ခရီးလမ်းအတွင်းမှာ သဘောပေါက်နားလည်မှု လွဲတာတွေကြောင့် ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခတချို့ ခံစားရတာကို ကျနော်တို့ အထူးပဲ စာနာမိပါတယ်။ ကျနော်တို့ရဲ့ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်းတွေ လွတ်မြောက်ရေးအတွက်ကို ကျနော်တို့က မမှိတ်မသုန် ကြိုးပမ်းနေပါတယ် ဆိုတာကိုလည်း ကျနော်တို့ သတင်းစကား ပါးချင်ပါတယ်။”

အမျိုးသားဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ် အစိုးရအနေနဲ့ အစိုးရသစ် လွှတ်တော်အခင်းအကျင်းသစ် မစတင်မီ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ မကျင်းပနိုင်ခဲ့တဲ့ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်တွင်းက မြို့နယ်တွေမှာ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ အမြန်ဆုံးကျင်းပနိုင်ရေး ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်သင့်တယ်လို့ AA က တိုက်တွန်းထားသလို ရွေးကောက်ပွဲတွေ ကျင်းပပေးဖို့ AA ရဲ့ ကမ်းလှမ်းချက်ကို တပ်မတော်ဘက်က အပြုသဘောဆောင် လက်ခံကြိုဆိုတဲ့အပေါ် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအတွက် အလားအလာကောင်းတဲ့ လမ်းစအဖြစ် ရှုမြင်ကြောင်းလည်း AA ရဲ့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်ထဲ ဖော်ပြပါရှိပါတယ်။

 The statement from the National League for Democracy (NLD) said in a statement today that the AA's victory in the 2020 election was a positive one, but the AA rejected the NLD's request for the release of Rakhine detainees.  NLD spokesman Dr Myo Nyunt was interviewed by Ma Su Mon.

 Today, Saturday, November 21, the Rakhine National League (ULA);  The ULA / AA has issued a statement congratulating the Arakan Army (AA) on its landslide victory in the 2020 general election with the overwhelming support of the people led by Aung San Suu Kyi.  The AA hopes that the NLD government will be able to shape a genuine and just union with the essence of democracy.

 Dr. Myo Nyunt, a spokesman for the National League for Democracy (NLD), said the statement was positive.

 "Unlike the previous letters, the letter is more politically acceptable in terms of terms. We consider it positive and welcome in the 2020 election, and we think it is positive. They also said in a statement from the AA that they would release the three NLD candidates who were arrested based on the results of the negotiations.

 "Our position is that the AA is currently a terrorist organization," he said.  As a political party, we do not have the legal right to negotiate with an organization that has been declared a terrorist organization.  Therefore, the government, which has the right to negotiate,  Peacemakers and their positions must be consulted.  We do not think it is fair to arrest these three candidates and make demands.  It would be more appropriate to release three of our representatives unconditionally.  By doing so, it could reduce the AA's status as a terrorist organization. ”

 The AA has said that the NLD is not talking about national reconciliation, but that it is time to put it into practice. The AA is ready to respond with love in the name of national reconciliation and peace.  Dr Myo Nyunt said the NLD's stance was to step up peace talks by intensifying political talks for peace.

 "In particular, the AA is fighting with the Tatmadaw, and now there is a temporary ceasefire, so it is not our fault that there is a ceasefire between the armed forces.  "If political talks for peace are intensified, he could be released from the terrorist group, and as the peace process progresses, the government may be able to secure the release of those who have demanded it."

 The NLD government has demanded the release of three NLD members.  Rakhine political prisoners;  Relatives of the ULA;  A statement from the AA called for the immediate and unconditional release of all university students detained during the protests.  NLD spokesman Dr Myo Nyunt responded:

 "Arrests are not arbitrary arrests. They are arrested for violating any existing law. We have the right to defend ourselves in court with lawyers. We want to say that this does not affect our detained MPs.  We also want to convey the message that we are working tirelessly. ”

 The AA called on the NLD government to work for the speedy holding of elections in townships in Rakhine State, where elections could not be held before the new parliament convenes.
