ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၊ နိုင်ငံတော်သမ္မတ ဦးဝင်းမြင့်သည် ယနေ့ နံနက်ပိုင်းတွင် နန်နင်းအပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာကွန်ဗင်းရှင်းဗဟိုဌာန၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် (၁၇) ကြိမ်မြောက် တရုတ်-အာဆီယံ ကုန်စည်ပြပွဲနှင့် (၁၇) ကြိမ်မြောက် တရုတ်-အာဆီယံ စီးပွားရေးနှင့်ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနား၌ ဗီဒီယို မိန့်ခွန်းပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားသို့ တရုတ်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဗဟိုကော်မတီ၊ နိုင်ငံရေးဗျူရိုအဖွဲ့ဝင်နှင့် ဗဟိုပြည်ပရေးရာလုပ်ငန်းကော်မရှင်ရုံး ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး မစ္စတာ ရန်ကျဲ့ချီ၊ ကွမ်ရှီးကျွမ့် ကိုယ်ပိုင်အုပ်ချုပ်ခွင့်ရဒေသ ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီအတွင်းရေးမှူး မစ္စတာ လုရှင်းရှဲ့၊ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး မစ္စတာလျိုကျိုးဟွေ့၊ တရုတ် စီးပွားရေးနှင့်ကူးသန်းရောင်းဝယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန လက်ထောက်ဝန်ကြီး မစ္စတာ လီချန်းကန်း၊ တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမျိုးသန့်ဖေ၊ နန်နင်းမြို့ မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး ယာယီတာဝန်ခံ၊ အာဆီယံ အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများနှင့် တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံမှ အဆင့်မြင့် အရာရှိကြီးများနှင့် စီးပွားရေး လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ တက်ရောက်ကြသည်။

ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားတွင် တရုတ်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီဗဟိုကော်မတီ၊ နိုင်ငံရေးဗျူရို အဖွဲ့ဝင်နှင့် ဗဟိုပြည်ပရေးရာ လုပ်ငန်းကော်မရှင်ရုံး ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး မစ္စတာ ရန်ကျဲ့ချီ က အဖွင့်အမှာစကား ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

ယင်းနောက် တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ သမ္မတရှီကျင့်ဖျင်နှင့် အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင် နိုင်ငံများမှ လာအိုဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ထောင်လွန်း ဆီဆုလစ်၊ အင်ဒိုနီးရှားသမ္မတ ဂျိုကို ဝီဒိုဒို၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၊ နိုင်ငံတော်သမ္မတဦးဝင်းမြင့်၊ ဖိလစ်ပိုင် သမ္မတ ရိုဒရီဂို ဒူတာတေး၊ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဆမ်ဒက်ဟွန်ဆန်၊ ထိုင်း ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီး ပရာယုဒ်ချန်အိုချာ(ငြိမ်း)၊ ဗီယက်နမ် ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ငုယင်စွမ်းဖု၊ ယခုနှစ်အတွက် အထူး မိတ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံအဖြစ် ဖိတ်ကြားထားသည့် ပါကစ္စတန်သမ္မတ ဒေါက်တာအာရစ်အယ်လ်ဗီ နှင့် အာဆီယံအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ် ဒါတိုလင်ကျောက်ဟွာ တို့က ဗီဒီယိုမှတစ်ဆင့် မိန့်ခွန်းအသီးသီး ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြသည်။ 

နိုင်ငံတော်သမ္မတဦးဝင်းမြင့် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည့် မိန့်ခွန်းအပြည့်အစုံမှာ အောက်ပါ အတိုင်းဖြစ်သည်-

အခမ်းအနားသို့ တက်ရောက်လာကြတဲ့ အဆွေတော်များနဲ့ ဂုဏ်သရေရှိ ဧည့်သည်တော်များခင်ဗျား၊ 

(၁၇)ကြိမ်မြောက် တရုတ်-အာဆီယံ ကုန်စည်ပြပွဲ ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနားမှာ မိမိအနေနဲ့ မိန့်ခွန်းပြောကြားခွင့်ရတဲ့အတွက် ဝမ်းမြောက်မိပါတယ်။ 

ယနေ့ကမ္ဘာကြီးမှာ လူနေမှုပုံစံကို အပြောင်းအလဲ များစွာ ဖြစ်စေတဲ့ COVID-19 ကြောင့် ကျန်းမာရေးအကျပ်အတည်းကို ရင်ဆိုင်နေရပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့်လည်း စိန်ခေါ်မှုများစွာကြားက (၁၇)ကြိမ်မြောက် တရုတ်-အာဆီယံ ကုန်စည်ပြပွဲကို ယခုနှစ်မှာ အောင်မြင်စွာ စီစဉ်ကျင်းပနိုင်တဲ့အတွက် ဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားလိုပါတယ်။ 

မိမိတို့အနေနဲ့ ကုန်သွယ်ရေး၊ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနဲ့ ပြည်သူများအကြား ကူးလူး ဆက်သွယ်မှုတို့မှတစ်ဆင့် အာဆီယံ-တရုတ် မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် မိတ်ဖက် ဆက်ဆံရေးကို ပိုမိုမြှင့်တင်နိုင်မယ့် နည်းလမ်းများကို ရှာဖွေရာမှာ ယခုကျင်းပတဲ့ (၁၇)ကြိမ်မြောက် တရုတ်-အာဆီယံ ကုန်စည်ပြပွဲဟာ အရေးပါတဲ့နေရာတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ဆက်လက် တည်ရှိလိမ့်မယ်လို့ ယုံကြည်မိပါတယ်။ 

အဆွေတော်များနဲ့ ဧည့်သည်တော်များခင်ဗျား၊

မိမိတို့အနေနဲ့ ၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ်ကို “အာဆီယံ-တရုတ် ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ် စီးပွားရေး ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုနှစ်” အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ထားတာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် (၁၇)ကြိမ်မြောက် တရုတ်-အာဆီယံ ကုန်စည်ပြပွဲနဲ့ တရုတ်-အာဆီယံ စီးပွားရေးနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု ထိပ်သီး အစည်းအဝေးရဲ့ ဆောင်ပုဒ်ဖြစ်တဲ့ “ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်စီးပွားရေး ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှု တိုးတက်ခိုင်မာစေဖို့ ရပ်ဝန်းနှင့်ပိုးလမ်းမ ထူထောင်စို့” ဟာ အချိန်ကိုက် ဖြစ်ပြီး အလွန် လျော်ကန်သင့်မြတ်မှု ရှိပါတယ်။

ကမ္ဘာ့ကပ်ရောဂါကို မိမိတို့အားလုံး ရင်ဆိုင်နေရတဲ့အချိန်မှာ ဆက်သွယ်ရေး၊ ပညာရေး၊ ကျန်းမာရေး၊ ကုန်သွယ်ရေး၊ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု၊ စတော့ရှယ်ယာစျေးကွက် နဲ့ အခြားသော စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းတွေမှာ ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်နည်းပညာကို ပိုမို မှီခိုအားထား နေရတာ ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်စီးပွားရေးဟာ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် အရေးပါတဲ့ အခန်းကဏ္ဍကနေ ပါဝင်လျက်ရှိပါတယ်။

အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများနဲ့ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတို့ဟာ ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်နည်းလမ်း အပါအဝင် နည်းမျိုးစုံနဲ့ ပေါင်းစပ်ဆက်သွယ်ထားပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့်လည်း မိမိတို့အကြားမှာ ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ် စီးပွားရေး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု မတူညီကြတဲ့အတွက် ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ် အခြေခံ အဆောက်အအုံတွေကို တည်ဆောက်ရာမှာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ပိုမိုမြှင့်တင်ဖို့ လိုအပ်လျက်ရှိပါတယ်။ ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ် အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးမှုကွာဟချက် ကျဉ်းမြောင်းလာခြင်းက ပြည်သူများအကြား အင်တာနက် သုံးစွဲနိုင်မှုကို ပိုမို တိုးတက် ကောင်းမွန်လာစေမှာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်စီးပွားရေး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေလိမ့်မယ်လို့ မိမိအနေနဲ့ ယုံကြည်ပါတယ်။ 

အဆွေတော်များနဲ့ ဧည့်သည်တော်များခင်ဗျား၊

တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံဟာ အာဆီယံရဲ့ အရေးပါပြီး ယုံကြည်အားထားရတဲ့ မိတ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အာဆီယံ-တရုတ် မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေးဟာ ကဏ္ဍပေါင်းစုံမှာ ပုံမှန်တိုးတက်လျက်ရှိပြီး၊ ဒေသတွင်း တည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းရေးနဲ့ သာယာဝပြောရေးကို အထောက်အကူပြုလျက်ရှိပါတယ်။

အာဆီယံ-တရုတ် မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက်မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေးကို “ဘက်ပေါင်းစုံ ဗျူဟာမြောက် မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေး” သို့ အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ရေး နဲ့ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်ကို “အာဆီယံ-တရုတ် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးနှစ်” အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ရေး ကိစ္စရပ်များအပါအဝင် မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေး ပိုမိုတိုးတက်ခိုင်မာ စေရေးအတွက် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက အဆိုပြုထားတဲ့ အစီအစဉ်များကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေနဲ့ ကြိုဆိုကြောင်း ပြောကြားလိုပါတယ်။

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနေနဲ့ အာဆီယံဦးဆောင်တဲ့ ယန္တရားတွေမှာ တက်ကြွစွာ ပူးပေါင်း ပါဝင်ပြီး၊ အာဆီယံအသိုက်အဝန်းထူထောင်ရေး ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများနဲ့ အာဆီယံ ပေါင်းစည်းရေး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ကူညီပံ့ပိုးလျက်ရှိတဲ့အတွက် ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိကြောင်း ပြောကြားလိုပါတယ်။  

 

မိမိအနေနဲ့ အာဆီယံနဲ့တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတို့အကြား စီးပွားရေးပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ဆက်လက် တိုးတက်နေတာကို တွေ့မြင်ရတဲ့အတွက်လည်း ဝမ်းမြောက်ပါတယ်။ တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံဟာ အာဆီယံရဲ့ ကုန်သွယ်မှုအများဆုံး မိတ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံ အဖြစ် ဆက်လက်ရပ်တည်လျက်ရှိသလို အာဆီယံမှာ တတိယအများဆုံး လာရောက် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံတဲ့ နိုင်ငံလည်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

အာဆီယံနဲ့တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအကြား ကုန်သွယ်မှုပမာဏဟာ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်မှာ အမေရိကန် ဒေါ်လာ (၅၀၇.၉) ဘီလီယံရှိပြီး၊ အာဆီယံစုစုပေါင်း ကုန်သွယ်မှုရဲ့ (၁၈) ရာခိုင်နှုန်း ရှိသလို တရုတ်နိုင်ငံမှ အာဆီယံသို့ နိုင်ငံခြားတိုက်ရိုက်ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုဟာ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်မှာ အမေရိကန် ဒေါ်လာ (၉.၁) ဘီလီယံ ရှိပြီး အာဆီယံ စုစုပေါင်း နိုင်ငံခြား ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု ပမာဏရဲ့ (၅.၇) ရာခိုင်နှုန်းရှိတာကို ကျေနပ်အားရဖွယ် တွေ့မြင်ရပါ တယ်။ 

ယခုနှစ်ဟာ အာဆီယံ-တရုတ် လွတ်လပ်သော ကုန်သွယ်မှုဒေသ ထူထောင်ခြင်း (၁၀)နှစ် ပြည့်မြောက်တဲ့နှစ် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မိမိတို့ ရည်မှန်းထားတဲ့အတိုင်း ယခု နှစ်ကုန်မှာ နှစ်ဖက်ကုန်သွယ်မှု အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ(၁)ထရီလီယံနဲ့ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ (၁၅၀)ဘီလီယံ ပြည့်မီနိုင်ရေးအတွက် အာဆီယံ-တရုတ် လွတ်လပ်သော ကုန်သွယ်မှုဒေသ သဘောတူစာချုပ်နဲ့ ယင်းစာချုပ်ရဲ့ နောက်ဆက်တွဲ သဘောတူစာချုပ်တို့ကို အပြည့်အဝ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားကြဖို့ တိုက်တွန်း ပြောကြားလိုပါတယ်။ 

“ဒေသတွင်းဘက်စုံစီးပွားရေး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု သဘောတူစာချုပ်” ဟာ လွတ်လပ်ပြီး အားလုံးပါဝင်၍ စည်းမျဉ်းကိုအခြေခံတဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာ ကုန်သွယ်ရေး ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်အတွက် ခိုင်မာတဲ့အခြေခံအုတ်မြစ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာလိမ့်မယ်လို့ ယုံကြည် ပါတယ်။ 

မိမိတို့အနေနဲ့ အပြုသဘောဆောင်တဲ့ အရှိန်အဟုန်ကို ဆက်လက် ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး၊ စီးပွားရေး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု တိုးတက်ခိုင်မာတဲ့ အခြေအနေကို အကျိုးရှိစွာ အသုံးချရမှာဖြစ်သလို “အာဆီယံပေါင်းစည်းဆက်သွယ်မှု မဟာစီမံကိန်း (၂၀၂၅)” နဲ့ “ရပ်ဝန်းနှင့် ပိုးလမ်းမစီမံကိန်း” တို့ရဲ့ တူညီတဲ့ ဦးစားပေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တို့ကို ပေါင်းစပ် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်ဖို့အတွက် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ပိုမိုတိုးမြှင့်နိုင်မယ့် နည်းလမ်းများကိုလည်း ရှာဖွေ ဖော်ထုတ်ကြရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အဆွေတော်များနဲ့ ဧည့်သည်တော်များခင်ဗျား၊

ယခုနှစ်ဟာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနဲ့ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတို့အကြား သံတမန် ဆက်ဆံရေး ထူထောင်တာ နှစ်(၇၀)ပြည့်တဲ့နှစ်ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေးမှာ ထူးခြားတဲ့ သမိုင်းမှတ်တိုင်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ယခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလမှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကို လာရောက်ခဲ့တဲ့ သမ္မတ ရှီကျင့်ဖျင်ရဲ့ ချစ်ကြည်ရေးခရီးစဉ်ဟာ နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား ရှိရင်းစွဲ ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှုကို ပိုမိုတိုးတက်ခိုင်မာစေခဲ့သလို နှစ်ဦးနှစ်ဖက် အကျိုးရှိမယ့် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကိုလည်း ပိုမိုတိုးမြှင့်စေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ 

သမ္မတရှီကျင့်ဖျင်ရဲ့ ချစ်ကြည်ရေးခရီးစဉ်အတွင်း မိမိတို့အနေနဲ့ “မြန်မာ-တရုတ် အေးအတူပူအမျှ အသိုက်အဝန်း” ထူထောင်ရေး၊ ရပ်ဝန်းနဲ့ပိုးလမ်းမ စီမံကိန်းနဲ့ တရုတ်-မြန်မာ စီးပွားရေးစင်္ကြံစီမံကိန်းတို့အပါအဝင် ကဏ္ဍစုံမှာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မြှင့်တင်ရေးတို့အတွက် အတူတကွ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားကြဖို့ သဘောတူညီခဲ့ ကြပါတယ်။

မိမိတို့ရဲ့ အမျိုးသားစီမံကိန်းနဲ့ ဦးစားပေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တို့နဲ့အညီ ရွေးချယ် သတ်မှတ် ထားတဲ့ ရပ်ဝန်းနဲ့ပိုးလမ်းမစီမံကိန်းများဟာ ပြည်တွင်းဆက်သွယ်မှုကို သာမက နယ်စပ် ဖြတ်ကျော် ဆက်သွယ်မှုကိုပါ တိုးမြှင့်ပေးနိုင်မယ့် အခြေခံ အဆောက်အအုံ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရေး ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို အထောက်အကူ ဖြစ်စေလိမ့် မယ်လို့ ယုံကြည်ပါတယ်။  

ရပ်ဝန်းနဲ့ပိုးလမ်းမစီမံကိန်းများကို နှစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးအတွက် အကျိုးရှိအောင် အကောင် အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းနဲ့ ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်စီးပွားရေး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ပိုမို မြှင့်တင်ခြင်းတို့ဟာ အလုပ်အကိုင်အခွင့်အလမ်းများ ပိုမိုဖန်တီးပေးရေးနဲ့ ကုန်သွယ်ရေးနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု အခွင့်အလမ်းများ ပိုမိုမြှင့်တင်ရေးတို့ကို အထောက် အကူပြုစေမှာ ဖြစ်သလို COVID-19 ကပ်ရောဂါကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာတဲ့ စီးပွားရေး ထိခိုက်နစ်နာမှုများကိုလည်း လျှော့ချစေနိုင်မယ်လို့ ယုံကြည်ပါတယ်။  

(၁၇)ကြိမ်မြောက် တရုတ်-အာဆီယံ ကုန်စည်ပြပွဲနဲ့ တရုတ်-အာဆီယံ စီးပွားရေး နဲ့ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး အောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပနိုင်ပါစေကြောင်း ဆန္ဒပြု ပါတယ်။

The Republic of the Union of Myanmar  President U Win Myint delivers video address at opening ceremony of 17th China-ASEAN Expo and 17th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit

 The Republic of the Union of Myanmar  President U Win Myint made a video address this morning at the opening ceremony of the 17th China-ASEAN Expo and 17th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit held at Nanning International Convention Center.

 The opening ceremony was attended by members of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China;  Member of the Political Bureau and Director of the Central External Affairs Commission Mr. Yan Kye Chi;  Lu Xingsheng, secretary of the Communist Party of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region;  Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs  Deputy Minister Mr. Lyo Kyo Hwe;  Mr. Li Changkang, Deputy Minister of Commerce and Industry of the People's Republic of China;  Myanmar Ambassador to the People's Republic of China U Myo Thant Pe;  Acting Charge d'Affaires of the Myanmar Consulate General in Nanning;  Senior officials and businessmen from ASEAN member states and the People's Republic of China attended.

 At the opening ceremony, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China;  Mr Yan Kye Chi, a member of the Political Bureau and Director of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs, gave an opening speech.

 After that, the People's Republic of China;  President Xi Jinping and Lao Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra from ASEAN Member States  Indonesian President Joko Widodo  The Republic of the Union of Myanmar  President U Win Myint;  Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte  Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen  Thai Prime Minister Gen Prayudh Chan-o-cha (retired);  Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung  Pakistani President Dr Aris Elvi, who has been invited as a special partner for this year, and Asean Secretary-General Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak have made video speeches.

 Friends and distinguished guests who attended the ceremony.

 I am pleased to be able to speak at the opening ceremony of the 17th China-ASEAN Expo.

 Today, the world is facing a health crisis due to COVID-19, which is changing the way we live.  However, despite the many challenges, I am proud to be able to successfully host the 17th China-ASEAN Expo this year.

 We have trade,  We believe that the 17th China-ASEAN Expo will continue to play an important role in finding ways to further enhance the ASEAN-China Strategic Partnership through investment and people-to-people contacts.

 Friends and guests,

 As we have designated 2020 as the “Year of ASEAN-China Digital Economic Cooperation,” the theme of the 17th China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Economic and Investment Summit, "Let's Build a Community and a Silk Road to Strengthen Digital Economic Cooperation," is timely and appropriate.

 At a time when we are all facing a global epidemic,  Education  Health  Trade;  Investment;  As the digital market becomes increasingly dependent on the stock market and other businesses, the digital economy is playing an important role in sustainable development.

 ASEAN members and China are interconnected in a variety of ways, including digital.  However, due to our differences in the development of the digital economy, there is a need for greater cooperation in building digital infrastructure.  I believe that narrowing the digital infrastructure development gap will improve the accessibility of the Internet to the general public and contribute to the growth of the digital economy.

 Friends and guests,

 The People's Republic of China is an important and trusted partner of ASEAN.  The ASEAN-China partnership has been developing steadily in various fields.  It is contributing to regional stability and prosperity.

 Myanmar welcomes China's proposed plans to strengthen the ASEAN-China Strategic Partnership to a "Multilateral Strategic Partnership" and to further strengthen the partnership, including the designation of 2021 as the "Year of ASEAN-China Sustainable Development Cooperation".

 China actively participates in ASEAN-led mechanisms.  Thank you for your efforts to build the ASEAN Community and support the ASEAN integration process.

 

 I am also pleased to see that economic cooperation between ASEAN and China continues to grow.  The People's Republic of China remains ASEAN's largest trading partner and the third largest investor in ASEAN.

 The trade volume between ASEAN and China in 2019 was US $ 507.9 billion.  China accounted for 18% of ASEAN's total foreign trade, with US $ 9.1 billion in foreign direct investment in 2019, accounting for 5.7% of ASEAN's total foreign investment.

 This year marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area.  We urge the full implementation of the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement and its supplementary agreements to achieve the US $ 1 trillion bilateral trade and US $ 150 billion investment by the end of this year as planned.

 We believe that the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" will be a solid foundation for an independent, inclusive and rule-based international trade environment.

 We must maintain a positive momentum.  We need to take advantage of the strong economic cooperation and find ways to enhance cooperation to integrate the common priorities of the “ASEAN Integration Master Plan 2025” and the “Community and Silk Road Project”.

 This year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Myanmar and China, and is a significant milestone in bilateral relations.  This year  President Xi Jinping's visit to Myanmar in January has strengthened the existing friendship between the two countries and enhanced mutually beneficial cooperation.

 During President Xi Jinping's friendly visit, we discussed the establishment of a "Myanmar-China Cold War Community";  They agreed to work together to enhance cooperation in various fields, including the Community and Silk Road project and the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor project.

 We believe that the area and Silk Road projects selected in line with our national plan and priorities will support efforts to develop infrastructure that will enhance not only domestic connectivity but also cross-border connectivity.

 We believe that the implementation of community and Silk Road projects that benefit both countries and enhance digital economic cooperation will help create more jobs and increase trade and investment opportunities, as well as reduce the economic impact of the COVID-19 epidemic.

 We wish the 17th China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit a success.
