ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်ကြီးကို နိုင်ငံတကာအဆင့်မီတက္ကသိုလ်ကြီးအဖြစ် ဖြစ်ထွန်းလာစေရေးနဲ့ အမျိုးသားအကျိုးစီးပွားကို ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်မည့် တက္ကသိုလ်ဖြစ်စေရေးတို့ကို အတူတကွ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း တပ်မတော်ကာကွယ်ရေးဦးစီးချုပ် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှူးကြီး မင်းအောင်လှိုင်က ပြောကြားလိုက်ပါတယ်။

၂၀၂၀ပြည့်နှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလ ၁ရက်နေ့မှာကျရောက်သည့် ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ် နှစ် ၁၀၀ပြည့်အခမ်းအနားမှာ တပ် မတော်ကာကွယ်ရေးဦးစီးချုပ် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှူးကြီး မင်းအောင်လှိုင်က ပေးပို့သည့်သဝဏ်လွှာမှာ ပြောကြားထားတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ယခုခေတ်သည် ပညာခေတ်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကမ္ဘာနဲ့ရင်ပေါင်တန်းနိုင်ရန် ပညာတတ်များစွာလိုအပ်ကာ ကမ္ဘာမှာ ပညာရဲ့ အခန်းကဏ္ဍသည် အလွန်အရေးပါနေခြင်းကြောင့် ပညာတတ်များသော တိုင်းပြည်သည် အဘက်ဘက်က အ သာစီးရနေတယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။

ဒါ့ပြင် ၂၀၁၅ခုနှစ်က ပြင်ဆင်ခဲ့သည့် အမျိုးသားပညာရေးဥပဒေအရ မြန်မာ့ပညာရေးစနစ်သည် နိုင်ငံတော်က ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည့် နိုင်ငံရေး၊ စီးပွားရေး၊ လူမှုရေးစနစ်များနဲ့ လိုက်လျောညီထွေဖြစ်အောင် ဖော်ဆောင် နိုင်မှာဖြစ်တယ်လို့လည်း အထက်ပါပုဂ္ဂိုလ်က ထပ်မံပြောဆိုထားပါတယ်။
