မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ကို တရားပြန်ဆွဲလိုက်တဲ့ ကိုအောင်ကြီးအမှုကို နေပြည်တော်၊ ဒက္ခိဏခရိုင်တရားရုံးက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့၊ ရဲချုပ်အနေဖြင့် ငြင်းချက်ထုတ်ရန်အတွက် ယနေ့ ဒီဇင်ဘာလ ၁၈ ရက်တွင် အမိန့်ချလိုက်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

“ဒီနေ့အခြေအနေကတော့ အဆိုလွှာမှာအကျအပေါက် အတိမ်းအစောင်းမရှိဘူးလို့တရားသူကြီးက သုံးသပ်ပါတယ်။ အကျအပေါက်အတိမ်းအစောင်းမရှိတဲ့အတွက်ကြောင့် တရားမမှုတွေရဲ့ထုံးစံအရ ငြင်းချက်စာကို တစ်ဘက်ကိုထုတ်ရတယ်။ ထုတ်ရတဲ့အခါမှာ အဆိုလွှာနဲ့ တွဲပြီးထုတ်ရတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီနေ့မှာ ငြင်းဆိုမယ်ဆိုလို့ရှိရင် ခင်ဗျားသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ခင်ဗျားရဲ့ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ခင်ဗျားရဲ့ ရှေ့နေသော်လည်းကောင်း လာပြီးတော့ ချေပလွှာတင်ပါဆိုပြီးတော့ အဲ့ဒါထုတ်ရမှာပေါ့။ အဲ့ဒါထုတ်ဖို့အတွက် အခုအမိန့်ချလိုက်ပြီ။” ဟု ကိုအောင်ကြီး၏ ရှေ့နေ၊ တရားလွှတ်တော်ရှေ့နေ ဦးခင်မောင်ဇော်က ပြောသည်။

ယနေ့တွင် တရားလိုကိုအောင်ကြီးက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတပ်ဖွဲ့ဆီမှ နစ်နာကြေးကျပ်သိန်း ၅၀၀၀ ရလိုမှုဖြင့် တရားစွဲသောအမှုကို ပထမဆုံးနေ့အဖြစ် နစ်နာမှုအတွက်တင်ပြစာများကို တရားသူကြီး စိစစ်လက်ခံပြီး နောက်ရုံးချိန်းတွင် တရားစွဲခံရသည့်အဖွဲ့အစည်းကို ဆင့်ခေါ်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

“ကျွန်တော်အနေနဲ့က နစ်နာမှုတွေအများကြီးပါပဲ။ ကျွန်တော့်ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာ၊ ကျွန်တော်မိသားစုရဲ့ ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာ ထိခိုက်နစ်နာပါတယ်။ တစ်ခုချင်းပြောရင် ပြောလို့တောင်ကုန်မှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး”ဟု တရားလို ကိုအောင်ကြီးက ပြောသည်။

ကိုအောင်ကြီးကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့က ဗစ်တိုးရီးယားအမှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး သံသယတရားခံအဖြစ် ဖမ်းဆီးခဲ့ပြီး တရားရုံးက ကိုအောင်ကြီးအပြစ်မရှိကြောင်း ဆုံးဖြစ်ခဲ့သောကြောင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ကို နစ်နာမှုအတွက် နေပြည်တော်၊ ဒက္ခိဏခရိုင်တရားရုံးသို့ ဦးတိုက်လျှောက်ထားခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

 Today, the first day of the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff, Aung Gyi, will be summoned by the judge to summon the plaintiff at the next court hearing.

 Aung Gyi was arrested by the Burmese police on suspicion of being involved in the Victoria case, and the court ruled that Aung Gyi was not guilty of any crime.  The petition was filed in the Dakkhin District Court.
